At least you have it now. It seems just getting it in and setup was a workout. 12mph is much faster than I can run. The control panel looks huge and is going to get in the way of watching anything. Is it noisy? That can be a factor when watching TV.

Thanks, I am looking forward to trying it out and seeing what a manageable pace is for me. It actually has some special shock absorption in it so it isn't that noisy. My heavy feet clopping on it is actually probably louder than the motor and belt! I was sweating so much, it was gross.
Sounds like it's working. Adding an incline will make it harder.
We may not have room for a treadmill. Our elliptical trainer used to be in the study, but was fairly compact. Now I have my drums there is less space, but that's another form of exercise.
