Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for Thursday the 12/6/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Happy Democracy Day to all Nigerians.
Today is celebrated as Democracy Day in my country Nigeria. Democracy Day was before now celebrated on the 29th day of May but the immediate past government of President Muhammadu Buhari changed it to June 12 in commemoration of the late Chief M.K.O. Abiola, the acclaimed winner of the botched June 12 , 1993 general election. The federal government has declared it a national public holiday.
So I was home althrough although I went out in the evening to see a friend. We watched the national broadcast by the Presidency from the floor of the joint session of the National Assembly.
Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
