Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for Thursday the 17/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. It is a brand new day which also presents its goals and challenges.
I was blessed with a clear weather in the morning.
Watched Women's Euro match between England vs. Sweden. The game ended 2-2 and was dragged into extra time. The tie could not be broken and the game has to be decided by penalties. England won 4-2.
The Swedish goalkeeper was fantastic I must say, saving three spotkicks at a stretch. However, nervy legs made the final taker to sky the ball into the air and handed England the win.
