Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for friday the 18/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. It is a brand new day and thank God too that it's Friday!!!
I watched three interesting women's football matches yesterday. The first was in Africa Women Nation's Cup hosted by Morocco. Super Falcons of Nigeria played against their Zambian counterpart. Super Falcons, the ninth times champions, ran riot and hammered Zambia (5-0) to advance to the semis.
The second one was also from the ongoing Africa Women Nation's Cup and it involves the host nation Morocco playing against Mali. Morocco won (3-1).
The third match of the day was from the UEFA Women's Euro wherein the host country Switzerland lost (2-0) to Spain.
The Spanish ladies were really determined and dominant and their efforts paid off. Despite the home crowd and support Switzerland crashed out.
