Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for Friday the 25/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Ghana vs South Africa ended in 1-1 but Ghana edged past their South African counterpart by (4-3) on penalties to swoop the bronze 🥉 medal in the ongoing WAFCON (Women Africa Cup of Nations.
Attention will now turn to the finals on Saturday between Super Falcons of Nigeria vs the host country Morocco. If Nigeria wins that will be a record tenth title for them. Let's see how that one goes really.
We continued to have rainfall which started in the morning though eased off and then returned in the evening with a bit drizzling.
I went to the Zonal lands office to sort out some development fees payment for a client who intends to develop his property soon. Form there I closed for the day. Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
