Hello my good people and warm welcome to my Actifit Report for Thursday 23/10/2025. October is gradually coming to an end. We had a clear weather today. Rain today and clear weather the next day.
The Europa League took centre stage today. Two English teams were in action: Aston Villa and Nothingham Forest. Forest who appointed a new manager Sean Dyche on Tuesday and he earned the perfect start as he propelled Nottingham Forest to win (2-0) on the night from two penalties from Morgan Gibbs-White and Igor Jesus to down Porto.
The same cannot however be told of their counterpart Aston Villa who lost (2-1) to Go Ahead Eagles. Emiliano Buendia however missed a second-half penalty would have otherwise restored parity for Villa.
Attention will now turn to the EPL this weekend.
