Hello my good people. This is my Actifit Report for friday the 20/2/2026. Wow, thank God it's Friday!!! Few days to the end of the month of February. Hope we are all doing well with respect to our new year's resolutions?
It is the lenting period when we fast in preparation for the crucification and death of our Lord, Jesus Christ in the christiandom. Many Christians are fasting within this period too.
I was passing thought the wall fence of the Federal Medical Centre when I saw those fine murals. The artist did a good job I must say. The first depicts a man in our traditional attire playing with his flute while the second shows a group.of women who are excited and the other running towards them probably to find out tht reason for their joy.
It was a brief spell for me in the office as I finished a bit early to attend the burial of the mother of a colleague.
