The day began a little later than usual — no alarms, just a natural start. I hopped on my bike for a refreshing ride, letting the road shake off the last bit of weekday tension. With the weekend just around the corner, I kept the pace easy for the rest of the day, unwinding and settling into that pre-weekend calm. Sometimes the best way to prep for rest is to ease into it with movement, then let the stillness take over.
