Some Thursdays just get it so right. Enough work to keep the brain fired up, but not so much that I was glued to a chair. That left me space for two 5km walks—one under a bright, clean sky, and the other right in the thick of golden hour.
Mid day was quiet and glassy, the kind of calm where the reflections on the water seem sharper than reality. Then, come evening, it was like walking through a live painting—warm light slicing through the trees, long shadows stretching out like they didn’t want the day to end.
By the end? 14,000 steps. 10km total. Legs happy. Mind clearer. Camera full of light-drenched photos that don’t even need a filter. This is the kind of day that reminds me why I move.
