Today was one of those everything-happens-at-once office days. Meetings stacked like dominoes, emails breeding faster than I could answer them. But somewhere between my third coffee and the next database, I decided to reclaim a sliver of sanity.
So, I slipped outside for a walk. The sky was moody, the air thick with that damp, almost-rain feeling, but the trees were putting on a quiet show. Gold, amber, and fiery red against the grey clouds. The kind of contrast only autumn can pull off.
Ten thousand steps and eight kilometers later, I came back to my desk less frazzled, more grounded. Turns out, you don’t need sunshine to find light, sometimes it’s enough just to move. 🍂
