Just something I ate I’m afraid, been throwing up for like 36 hours :-)
Yup, it is totally inverse, but didn’t really have much of a choice unfortunately, and since I can work remotely, I can put my laptop on the toilet :-D

Ugh, no fun. Kefir would likely assist with that. It gets the digestive system back to a good place, which then boosts the immune system. Yep, I understand, just make sure not to hurl on your laptop instead of into the toilet...lol! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Indeed, the Kefir thing, fermented food is definitely something I should look deeper into!
