So I did quite a lot in the gym this is what I did.
Incline walk for 20 minutes
Deadlift 4 set - 8reps
Back row 4 set - 10 reps
Weighted front squat 3 set - 10reps
Plank shoulder taps (till failure)
Rest and keep going
Last
Plank leg raise I think I need to show you guys how I do this haha. Basically basic plank and raise one leg up so you work the butt cheeks as well and alternate raise it slow so you get more tension.
