Hey guys!
I couldn't post my Actifit Report yesterday. For some reason the app didn't track any activity while other walking apps clearly tracked that I walked over 5k steps.
Today I went into the gym with my coworker before we had to go to work. For me it was leg day.
First warm up and I started with a 20m walk then I switched to running which I did for 15m. Its been a while that I ran that long but it felt good.

The last huge spikes are from my finisher workout with kettlebells.
