Hey guys!
Yesterday was a bit rough. It was my last night shift in the 6 day block. At home and at work I ate some self made protein wraps with chicken, avocado cucumbers and salad.
Activity at work the usual guarding tour.
Back home after sleeping we went to a Italian store to buy some stuff for a present basket. My mother is a huge Italian fan and this is a birthday present for her.
Some sweet wine, different type of noodles, pinsa, sweet snacks, pesto and Parmesan cheese.
In this store there is also a little restaurant with Italian food of course. We have been here multiple times and it was always delicious. This time I got a pizza surf and turf. Yummy! 😋
Back home again we watched a bit TV. My wife had to go to the bed early because she had to work the next day. I went to the gym and was the for almost 3h.
I started with the treadmill for 20 minutes. 15m jogging and 5m walking. I have forgotten to turn of the timer in my smart watch, so it was still running while I was pumping at the machines. I noticed it 20m later and started the watch again but for weight lifting.
When I was done with the upper body workout I went to the stairways from hell. 😅 But I love this machine.
Around 30m and I was sweating. Time to go because the gym would close at 0:00 in 15 minutes.
I got myself an Isoclear Whey drink with peach flavor.
