Hey guys!
Today I started with a new work block. After my early shift I went home to wait for my wife and then we went to the gym. She wasn't a member yet, but that was a thing from a few minutes. I explained her some basic machines and what she had to do. After warming up on a treadmill she started and I did my leg work out. Between sets I walked over and helped her or corrected her form. At the end we did the stairways of hell again.
Back home I made food and now it's time for bed.
