Hey guys!
After the birthday party yesterday and a lot of beer I slept a bit longer than I wanted. When I woke up I went to the gym for some leg workout. Warming up on the treadmill. Using different machines for the leg workout. After that I walked on the stairways of hell.
Back home we ate dinner and had a little dessert you see above. Protein pancakes, skyr, honey and fruits.
