
Hey people!
Yesterday I went into the gym right after my late shift. Just two hours left before they close.
A little warmup on the threadmill.

Then I started with the leg workout. 53 minutes on different machines. Here you see the leg press. I love when I get of the machine and have slightly wobbly legs. 😂



I ended with 20 minutes spinning.
Back home I got an isoclear protein drink after I took a shower. A little bit later I went to bed.
Today I made some scrambled eggs with tomatoes and parsley before I went to work to get some more protein.
