
Hey guys!
Today I started with my water diet. No food, just water and tea. My weight was 92,8kg this morning.
I walked to the gym and had a moderate workout. I started with 30min walking on the treadmill. Then I switched to the machines. I did mostly leg machines but I also used some others. I finished with some alternating kettlebell swings and at the end I was on the bike for 15min.
I feel the hunger a bit but it is okay.
