Hey guys!

After work I went to the gym. Never skip leg day and I did not. 😅
I warmed up with walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes. Then I used multiple leg machines. The workout took nearly 90 minutes. After that I went on the climb mill for 1000 stairs.

Back home I cooked Gnochi with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce in the oven.
