
Greetings everyone, how are you today?
As for me, I’m completely exhausted from work. Today, I had to run around everywhere to catch up on things I didn’t have time to do, on top of my regular workload. Moving around elderly residents — who aren’t heavy, sure — but crossing those long hallways over and over again gets tiring real fast.
But apparently, work is good for your health. I’m pretty sure the first person who said that was some big boss or shareholder telling it to employees who wake up at dawn and break their backs. Anyway, I’m always glad when the day finally ends.
Tomorrow should be a calmer day. I’m almost done with my weekly schedule, and on Friday I’ll just show up for formality’s sake.
For now, after posting this little message through the “ACTIFIT” app, I’m going to take a nice shower and relax in front of a movie, a series, or an anime. If anyone has a recommendation, I’m all ears — but one thing’s for sure, I’m not moving anymore. Even if it’s “only” 11,000 steps, it completely drained me.
