
Hello everyone, how are you doing today?
Today, I walked more than usual — 12,000 steps! Since I’m not used to walking that much in a day, I’m pretty tired. But hey, maybe I’ll sleep better tonight… hopefully, because lately I’ve been having trouble sleeping without medication.
If long walks can help me sleep better from exhaustion, that’s already a win. I’m mostly doing it for my health, not just for Hive, and by the way, Actifit isn’t the only walking app I use.
You saw the little picture at the start of the post, right? It’s a small cigarette box I found on the ground along my way. I picked it up because I thought it was pretty — and funny. I know I’ve seen that character before, but I can’t remember where. If you recognize it, let me know!
As for the rest of my day, well… I didn’t do much at work. But after everything I did yesterday, today’s to-do list wasn’t exactly packed. Tomorrow’s list is a bit longer though. I wanted to get ahead today, but laziness hit me hard right before leaving — and after the coffee break in the break room, I totally lost my motivation.

I have to admit, for me just reaching 10,000 steps in a day already feels like an achievement — I really have to push myself. I do it mainly because health experts recommend it, and honestly, walking more than usual helps me sleep a bit better. Plus, it sometimes takes me to places I never would’ve gone otherwise, just for the sake of walking.
