One thing I enjoyed about the PPA is that it gives me the chance to move around the city and also to see how things are being done. And as an explorer, I appreciate every single opportunity I get to step out and take a view of what's out of my line.
Yesterday, I was asked to supervise a house foundation work. The main reason is not to tell them what to do, or not to do. Of course I have no idea on how they calculate or dig building foundations. But I was asked to make sure that the workers actively do their work, send proof of progress videos at the end of the day and also to make sure that they don't take anything out of the site when they are leaving.
My boss travelled, so he asked me to supervise. Supervision is necessary because, it is common in this part of the world that when you pay people to get a job done without supervision, they do lazy work and leave.

All thanks, it was sunny throughout the day. The first time we'll be seeing sun in the past four to five days. Although, if it had rained, they would still get the job done. While I watched the worker, I began to think of how the people who do 80% of the job gets rewarded by 20%. That's why it's better to plan for one's personal future from early stages of life.
There is this says that goes.... If you don't use your head, someone else will use it for you. It's a pity to see the amount of time and effort they put into it and to think of the rewards they get in return.
