Hey dear actifitters and readers,
It was a day planned on the road and ended in the train.
I got up early and had the chance to watch this wonderful dawn.
It was the day to finally say goodbye to my former company.
It was an easy two hour drive. Highways were free as we have holidays here right now.
It took me an quarter of an hour to give all the stuff back. I had a strange feeling but I was mostly lucky to leave this chapter behind me.
I was supposed to rent a car at Sixt with my new company. I had to wait for one and a half hour and when I registered at the desk they couldn't give me a car 😭
In the EU we have to renew the our driving licenses to a new shiny EU driving licence.
I still have the old one but the Sixt SOP says don't give cars to costumers with old version.
I had no choice and went to the train station to buy an expensive train ticket to go back.
The first train had a 30' delay but luckily I could catch the next train as the connection had a long time for changing trains.
Finally I arrived safe back at home.
