I was half expecting to wake up to a few inches of snow this morning, but it didn't happen. There was perhaps a dusting overnight as could see in places on minor roads where there was a little fresh snow. I drove about 30 miles this morning into the Surrey Hills but there was only frost to be seen. We have still got plenty of winter chill yet to change that! 😆
Coming back was difficult, driving into the low sun was very blinding in places. Add to that, the salty spray from vehicles in front, made it particularly unpleasant.
However, we made it back in one piece, so more @actifit reports will follow! 🤣
