It has been another dry day. Cloudy, and chilly, but at least we had a break from the wet stuff. That all changes again tomorrow though with yet another weather system heading our way. I will be getting a walk in whatever the weather though, to keep up my two weekly inspection of the lakes and surrounding areas of Guildford Hospital.
Just a short walk today but my step count is not too bad as a result. This is why it is so important to go out even just to the corner shop. To breath a little fresh air, the benefits are enormous if this is done regularly.
