Only shoes required! : My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2026

in Actifityesterday

In between the days events and chores I walked with family members to one of our local supermarkets via a small park. We enjoyed a coffee at the handy McDonald's restaurant before doing our shopping.

On the way back through the park we spotted a rat scurrying around. It was too fast and wouldn't wait for a picture 🤣.

I did however take a few shots of the wildlife there. The blossom is nice at the moment. Due to the very wet winter season, fungi are doing well too.

It was good to get the chance for a short walk, always good for the mind and body. I honestly think it is the best exercise there is, so easy, just a pair of good shoes needed!

A pair of good shoes !INDEED I would totally agree 😆 I do wish I have such lovely places to walk to every now and then. I wish we get our fair share of rain so it wouldn't be too hot here. Have a wonderful week ahead!

So you need sunglasses as well? Or even a parasol when you go out. If it is too hot maybe a nice walk near sunset. Do you do that to avoid the sun?
