Occasionally, on my travels around I see these bird boxes. They are usually in someone's garden but this one is in a public place. I'm curious who put it there. Possibly a town council idea or perhaps a member of the public but it is next to a path which I would have though was not a good place for a bird box. Too close to people and noise. But I might be wrong! 😁
I'm also not sure what birds would make use of it anyway. Maybe bluetits? Or similar size birds. Who knows?
