A slower day all round after the huge step count yesterday. I definitely felt the effects of the extra walking, which was great in the sunshine but it comes with a cost! 😩.
Having said that, a short trip to the shops and other chores is enough to keep up the @actifit step count and all adds towards keeping the fitness going too.
