
Mondays are usually kind of strange for us. Grandchildren back to school, families back to the grindstone. Us retired grandparents are chilling after the busy weekend! 🤣
Well, not completely chilled, as there are jobs to do of course 🙄. But you get the idea.
One thing thats important for us older adults is keeping up the exercise and strength. Something that I am looking into, trying to find an ideal daily routine that is both effective but not too time consuming. Ideally, something that I can do at home every morning in 20 minutes. 🥵
