The end of July is seeing a much cooler weather period with more pleasant days and although there is always the threat of a few sudden downpours the temperatures remain very pleasant.

Until the afternoon I was busy in the neighborhood on the western outskirts or Pianura in a couple of software interventions as before the holidays everyone decided to dedicate themselves to solving IT problems, relegating them to the bottom of their thoughts.
The fact that priority is given to work and not to putting the work tools in place makes us understand two things: the first is how backward the Italians are in terms of IT mentality; the second: we prefer to work badly than waste some time and resources fixing software problems and then working well all the time.

La fine del mese di luglio sta vedendo un periodo di meteo molto più fresco con giornate più piacevoli e anche se c'è sempre la minaccia di qualche acquazzone improvviso le temperature si mantengono molto gradevoli.
A fare caldo, fa caldo, però l'aria è meno satura di umidità e il corpo non soffre l'afa e anche questo pappagallo è d'accordo con me.
Fino al pomeriggio sono in stato impegnato nel quartiere della periferia occidentale ovvero Pianura in un paio di interventi software in quanto prima delle ferie tutti quanti si decidono a dedicarsi a risolvere i problemi informatici relegandoli in fondo ai loro pensieri.
Il fatto che si dia precedenza al lavoro e non a mettere a posto gli strumenti da lavoro fa comprendere due cose: la prima è quanto siano arretrati di mentalità informatica gli italiani; la seconda: si preferisce lavorare male che perdere un po' di tempo e risorse a mettere a posto i problemi software e poi lavorare bene per tutto il tempo.
Nel frattempo, come vi sarete resi conto dalle foto pubblicate alla fermata dei Pisani della linea 5 EAV, il clima è cambiato è una nuvolosità minacciosa si palesa all'orizzonte.
Fortunatamente si è tenuta molto lontana ma è sempre lì in agguato e ciò mi preoccupa in quanto non ho portato un ombrello con me anche perché non sembrava ci dovessero essere dei problemi meteorologici in questa giornata dalle previsioni.
Nel frattempo sono in viaggio per passare dall'estrema periferia occidentale della città alla primo paese dopo la periferia orientale di Napoli ovvero a Volla dove mi attende un altro che sta cominciando appena a capire quanto siano importanti gli strumenti tecnologici informatici.
Nel frattempo il tempo si mantiene buono nonostante siano sempre di più le minacce a destra e a sinistra ed io non mi sono nemmeno immaginato di fare una fermata a casa per prendere un ombrello neanche adesso.
Come dice un detto napoletano "una parola è poca ma due sono troppe".
E ancora nel frattempo la mia giornata è finita e mi sono un attimo fermato ad ammirare la possente bellezza della gigantesca struttura vulcanica che incombe sulla provincia napoletana al centro di una delle zone più densamente popolate del pianeta Terra.
