Sunday for me is not a day off from physical activity and in particular this Sunday I have come back to put together a remarkable number, as far as I am concerned, of steps.
This week I received the results of the genetic tests I had performed, which confirmed that the problems due to the thrombophlebitis in my left leg that I had had were due to a genetic predisposition that exposes me to these discomforts.
Returning to this day on Sunday, physical activity was facilitated by a magnificent sunny day which, however, lasted very little because, being December 21st, it is the shortest day of the year.
After walking to my sister's house we went down to do the shopping and then not happy with the activity she had done today I also went down with my brother-in-law to go for a walk and other shopping in the city for all the necessities that will be useful to us for Christmas Day and dinner on December 24th.
Meanwhile, a friend of mine on holiday in Lanzarote was sending me his best wishes while sitting at a bar on a beach overlooking the Atlantic, complete with open umbrellas and tourists in swimsuits.
Thanking him for his good wishes, I pointed out that the temperatures in Marano di Napoli were almost higher than those he had in the Canary Islands, except that in the city people went dressed in heavy clothes.
And as I prepare to enjoy a great lunch, I greet all the unparalleled pioneers of the Hive blockchain who came to visit me between the lines of this festive Actifit report.

Una domenica in gran movimento
La domenica per me non rappresenta un giorno di riposo dall'attività fisica e in particolare questa domenica sono ritornato a mettere insieme un notevole, per quanto riguarda me, numero di passi.
In settimana mi sono arrivati gli esiti delle analisi genetiche che avevo fatto e che mi hanno confermato che i problemi dovuti alla tromboflebite alla gamba sinistra che avevo avuto erano per via di una mia predisposizione genetica che mi espone a questi disagi.
Tornando a questa giornata di domenica l'attività fisica è stata facilitata da una magnifica giornata di sole che però è durata pochissimo perché essendo 21 dicembre è il giorno più corto dell'anno.
Dopo essere arrivato a piedi a casa di mia sorella siamo scesi a fare la spesa e poi non contento dell'attività che aveva fatto oggi sono sceso anche con mio cognato per fare un giro e altre compere in città per tutto l'occorrente che ci sarà utile per il giorno di Natale e per il cenone del 24 dicembre.
Nel frattempo un mio amico in vacanza a Lanzarote mi mandava gli auguri seduto ad un bar in una spiaggia che affaccia sull'Atlantico e con tanto di ombrelloni aperti e turisti in costume da bagno.
Ringraziandolo per gli auguri gli ho fatto notare che le temperature di Marano di Napoli erano quasi superiori a quelle che aveva lui alle Canarie solo che in città si andava vestiti con abiti pesanti.
E mentre mi preparo a gustare un ottimo pranzo saluto tutti gli impareggiabili pionieri della blockchain di Hive venuti a trovarmi tra le righe di questo Actifit report festivo.
