Another proof that a number without context means nothing. A seemingly standard score of 12,000 but behind it stands 75 minutes of pure suffering and liters of sweat. I do an FTP test once a month and recently I switched from the slightly easier Ramp FTP test to the full FTP test which is much more accurate, but also much, much harder. As a result, good news - my FTP is higher by 5w which is great considering that the previous month was not dedicated to improving strength at all. Next comes the deserved rest day and then - back to the training 🚴♂️😃
