I took today quite easily and decided to give my legs and ankles a little rest at least for today while I do some weight training instead, always good to mix it up! I would like to combine my workouts with cardio sessions such as my walks but I’m lacking in time recently so it’s more one or the other right now until some more routine comes into my life fitting these workouts in.
Not a lot of steps today only my regular average! Tomorrow hopefully I can push for 15-20K again, cheers :D
