Not a lot of activity from me today in terms of steps, felt so tired as I slept horribly again. Unsure why I can’t ever get a good nights sleep recently always just a struggle. But I got a lot of weight training in and my body is feeling it. Really need more rest so I can regain my energy and repair 😅
