Work was pretty busy today. Marissa is doing well so today was the last day for Lisa to be up front with her as support, so I could get my work mostly done in the back. Next week on Friday, she will have the front by herself. I think she will do wonderfully plus I work both ends on Friday anyway.
I am glad that the day is done though. Iβm going in earlier due to opening earlier which in effect adds to a longer day for me-usually a 9-10 hour day. We did get in bed earlier last night and Fridays are an hour earlier close, so it all helped.
Tomorrow is the 4th of July-a special one for the country is 250 years old! I remember the bicentennial celebration in 1976. It doesnβt seem like that one was all that long ago! Time β° does fly for sure!
We will start the day with a soak in the hot tub. Then a trip for a coffee date and perhaps a walk in the park.
We will spend the evening at home as our neighbors are hosting a party that will result in some major fireworks being set off beneath the canopy of a cedar and fir tree forest. Not the smartest thing to do for sure. π₯π
Too bad we canβt borrow water from this stream. Unfortunately itβs nowhere near our home.
Cot and Cyle ore also not going to be very appreciative of their efforts either! π

BSB Revelation 22:1-5
Then the angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the main street of the city. On either side of the river stood a tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit and yielding a fresh crop for each month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be within the city, and His servants will worship Him. They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever.
