You are correct: movement is good! Even if it's just 5 minutes because of schedules or physical limitations. Once started, it's easier to push a little more each day. Everyone just needs to start!

Nature provides healing and stress relief and getting out into it, is some of the best medicine there is!

You hit the nail on the head nature really is the best medicine for stress. Richmond Park was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries. I find that once I take those first few steps into the greenery, the rest of the workout just follows naturally. I'm glad I reached my step goal today! Wishing you a wonderful and active day ahead.
