There was a movie once about how the poor man's food is carbs. To eat healthy, especially organic, most have trouble affording that plus there are many levels to what organic means.
I always am amazed at how they pair bananas together with organic bananas when the stems are what 'soak' up things. That leave to chance the true 'organics' of the organic bananas.
However, if one moves away from processed foods to whole foods, even fresh though it might not be organic, is better for you than the processed. I guess it's sort of choosing the level that works for you.
