Hey there sis! I'm sorry you're having a hard time of it. This time of year can often spark depression. Here's something that might help though. Get a notebook, nothing fancy, and on the outside write the words "Joy Book". Then, at the end of the day, write down at least 3 things that are blessings in your life and/or that happened that day. At the end of the week, or maybe the end of two weeks, go back and see what you wrote. I have done this before, and it definitely got me out of a negative mindset I had going at the time. Approach each day like this: You are a pebble and are being tossed into a pond. You create ripples from your landing, on the surface of the pond. Each day, you encounter people and each brush with them, whether a major interaction or maybe even a simple 'hello', is one of those ripples in the pond. You never know just what a profound effect you might have on someone merely passing by! It's amazing if you stop to think about it!
I hope this helps; life can definitely be hard. God sees you and knows just what you need. Rest in His peace dear! !LUV ya much sis!🤗💜🎄🎁😘😍🤗 !LADY !HOPE !HBIT
