You would have to find someone who wanted to purchase them. However, you can go to your wallet on Ecency; click on Ecency points, and then the promote button. You can use them to promote your posts which could benefit you in the end. I don't know if there is a market for ecency posts. You might try digging around on Discord on the Ecency channel to see what you can find.
