What you have there is indeed a Magnolia tree. First, the pods come; then the blooms and the leaves are the last to emerge. They are beautiful in bloom. They can leave a bit of a mess once the flower petals wilt and fall off. Enjoy it’s splendor!

              It is! I've seen the pink; we also have white around which is very pretty as it's a creamy white. Enjoy!
