The main change is that your voting power will not decline with every upvote, but you will have limited upvotes like ten 100% upvotes per 24 hours. There are other changes that I posted about before in my witness update post...
so my vp will stand at 100% all the time unless I cross 10 votes with 100% vp in 24 hours or more vote with less than 100% vp, right ?
