Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1276. It's also the alive and thriving report on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
On Thursday, I took the second half off from work. In the morning shift, I consulted only 11 patients in my chamber. As all three doctors were on duty, the shift wasn't a busy one.
One Omani patient came with fever, cold, and cough. Besides his treatment, he wanted to do many tests such as liver function (LFT), Renal function tests (RFT), lipid profile, CBC, etc. He is taking retinoid treatment from a Dubai dermatologist. The dermatologist asked for the tests! It appears that the tests are more costly in Dubai than in Oman. Hence, he decided to do it here!
In the afternoon, I had a pretty long nap. In the evening, I was at home. I played with my kid. I helped my wife with some house chores. After 9 pm, I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes. It helped me reach over 10k steps on Thursday.
