Hello, again! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's the actifit report number 1287. It's also the alive and thriving report on Friday, July 18, 2025.
On Friday, my weekend, I walked on the treadmill twice - a 20-minute walk after lunch and another 15-minute walk after dinner. This 35-minute walk helped me make over 14k steps!
On Friday morning, after offering our morning prayer, my son and I went to clean our car. Some rain in the previous two days, along with dust, left marks on the car. Being a small car, it's not difficult to clean the car ourselves instead of going to the car wash center saving us 1 OMR each time!
Afterwards, we slept for a second round. After waking up and having breakfast, I engaged in some house chores and looked after the kids while my wife was busy cooking.
On Friday afternoon, my elder son and I went out in our car. We went to a vegetable shop and purchased some vegetables. We also purchased some cookies from a cheap store. Then, we went to the park. My son enjoyed the swings and slides.
In the evening, we all went to the Lulu Hypermarket. We purchased some food items and groceries. On our way back, we went to another cheap store. My wife bought some crockery items.
There were thick and dark clouds in the sky throughout the day but there was no rain! We are hoping for some rain!
