Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. In this post, I shared my health activities (steps and calories burned) over a period of 7 days from September 22 to September 28, according to the Fitbit app. I also shared my short diary on Monday, September 29, 2025!
Fitbit Weekly Progress Report [Mon to Sun]
From the above screenshot, we can see that I was able to make over 10,000 steps in 4 out of 7 days! My best day was Tuesday when I made 11,660 steps!
Over the seven days, I took a total of 70,546 steps with an average of 10,078 steps per day! On average, I burned 2397 calories daily.
Monday Diary
On Monday, I worked full-time, in two shifts. Morning shift from 8-12 and evening shift from 4-9! It wasn't a busy day. I had only 18 patients in my chamber. All three GP doctors were on duty. Hence, the workload was less! In the visa medical section, I examined some people who came for the fitness test.
One expat patient visited me with a kind of RTA (road-traffic accident). He was on an electric bike. He wasn't driving. He was in the back seat. The driver messed up and fell from the bike. The patient got multiple abrasions on the upper and lower limbs. He also sustained injury to the left side of his chest. Fortunately, there was no injury to the head and there were no fractures. Surprisingly, the person who was driving the bike, had no significant injuries at all!
At home, I had to skip the morning sleep due to my kid's school. There isn't much time after the Fajr prayer. In the afternoon, I had a short nap. After work, I played with my elder kid for a while. I couldn't walk on the treadmill on Monday.
