A decent start to the day.
In the morning , I went to the diagnostic center to get mom’s report. The center is 15 minutes from my place. I took a cab to the diagnostic center, but, walked back home.
In the evening I took mom to two different doctors. The first appointment was quick.But for second appointment for eye check took more than 2 hours. The doctor came late.
While we were waiting, I added more steps walking around in the corridor.
I also added steps walking indoors too.
Completing 7500+ steps for the day.
