Breakfast was grits with blueberries and maple syrup. Took the dog to the trail and walked a half a mile. Worked on some gardening when I got back. Both in the old garden and in the new space I had tilled.
Lunch was an egg frittata with potatoes, veggies, and sausage. I shredded some cheddar on top. Watched some episodes of Bones and took an afternoon nap.
Dinner was a chicken and veggie stir fry over rice. We watched more episodes of Bones. I forgot to get a picture of the dinner. Anyway, thanks for reading.
