Breakfast was blueberry waffles with maple syrup. Went to the trail and walked two thirds of a mile. It was a wet and cold rainy day.
Lunch was scrambled eggs with veggies and cheese, fried potatoes and sourdough toast. Watched some YouTube videos and then some episodes of Bones.
Dinner was roast chicken on rice with gravy. We watched the movie Spy, with Melissa McCarthy. Anyway, thanks for reading.
