Typical day. Few stretches then downstairs for breakfast. A trail walk of half a mile. Gardening and other projects. Made some muffins. Shopping and washing the car. Lunch was fried bologna and cheese sandwiches. Dinner was pasta with fried beef and cheese. Anyway, thanks for reading.
