Hello Amigos
Welcome to my actifit report for Saturday, 19th April 2025.
This long weekend came at the right time for me, I don't have to worry about work as I focus on my recovery.
Today happens to be the last day, I will be taking the tablets given to me.
I noticed that apart from the generalised body pains and alterations in my taste buds, I couldn't have accepted the fact that I am not totally strong.
Even with other signs of cough and catarrh, I still couldn't just take a break.
It's funny how I started my day with my normal routine house chores of Saturday extra cleaning.
I finished it up and washed my clothes.
Then I was out to fetch water when I noticed my strength was no longer the same.
I had to fetch only a bucket and come back with the other empty.
I quickly showered, I didn't have an appetite to eat, but I had to, so I could take the tablets.
I relaxed at home, engaging online and enjoying my siesta.
Later in the evening, I went out to exercise my legs and also see how the neighbourhood is.
Staying indoors all day isn't encouraging, a nice evening walk is a healing tab too.
I sighted this man sitting inside the bolt of his car and I am sure he saw me too gave me some laughs 😃
The reason why one needs to step outside too.
The street offers free comedy 😃
I came back to continue my day indoors.
Well, it was already night.
