On this occasion, one of my activities was to exercise, walk a little, looking for a price for a spare part for my motorcycle.

It has been scientifically determined that the optimal step level to maintain health is a little more than 8000 steps, do not optimize your health by passing this number, this helps prevent sarcopedia, which is a disease of old age.

If you are lazy and don't like to walk, the minimum is 2700 steps. This is done by being diligent, not taking the bus, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

In the end, walking and doing strength exercise were beneficial for our health, so we always have to do something.
